Transforming Realty With RERA
The Real Estate sector in India is in a transformative mode, witnessing a major shift over the last few years. The sector is expected to grow at a rapid pace, contributing USD 1 Trillion to the GDP of the country by 2030. In the coming days, as the pace of urbanisation grows, the real estate sector has a very important role in addressing the housing needs of millions in urban and semi-urban India.
It is one of the foremost sectors of the country’s economy which is also With a view to discuss various key aspects in Real Estate sector for ensuring growth and stability and to develop a Roadmap for accelerated development of the sector, Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Authroity (U.P.RERA) with Government of India and Government of Uttar Pradesh is organising the "1st National RERA Conclave" on 1st November 2019 at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

The state government was committed to protecting the interests of home buyers and to expeditiously solve the problems faced by them. A trust deficit had developed in the past few years between the builders and consumers due to delays and incompletion of many projects. The Narendra Modi government had for this reason come up with RERA, which would remove the problems of the real estate sector.
